Mark has over 25 years of significant business leadership, advisory and general management experience, which all began with him successfully doing a start-up operation for a small business. Mark then hired and developed others to do the same. While helping the small business grow, he worked his way up through the ranks and grew right along with it. Ultimately he became the Executive Vice President of what evolved into the largest American owned company in the industry.

Mark performed all business functions providing services to various industries nation-wide, while having full P&L responsibility for not only line service, sales, and support operations, but also for human capital management and strategic sourcing through both organic as well as acquisition growth. The business went from being named one of America's 200 Best Small Companies by Forbes to the only company in the industry listed as one of Training Magazine's Top 100 and one of AARP's Featured Employers. Along the way, Mark also helped some owners exit, so they could pursue their personal dreams full time; and finally served in an advisory capacity as needed until the company sold.
